Rajesh has spent the first 17 years of his professional life in client acquisition, business development and technology, working with some of the biggest organisations like HP, Fidelity & Infosys. The last 12 years he has been teaching, consulting and helping leaders grow their business and grow themselves. Rajesh is also an academic at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Udaipur. He has been a master faculty and coach with Wadhwani Foundation, a non-profit focuses on job creation in developing parts of the world.
