Good work doesn’t speak for itself.
People do.
Data informs. Stories connect.
A 12-hour, practice-led virtual cohort that helps professionals turn ideas, data, and strategies into narratives that are understood, trusted, and remembered.
📅 Feb 21, 22, 28 & Mar 1 (Sat–Sun)💻 Live Virtual Sessions (Zoom)👥 Limited Cohort — 20 participantsWhy do smart ideas get lost in the noise?
You are doing meaningful work.
You have the data. You have the strategy.
Yet in meetings, presentations, and updates,
the impact is often missing.
The Invisible Work Problem
Effort is high, but recognition is low.
The thinking behind the work often goes unseen.
The Data Dump
You share numbers and slides,
but the insight doesn’t quite land.
The Complexity Trap
You explain the what and the how,
but people still miss the why.
The Attention Gap
In a distracted workplace,
even strong ideas struggle to hold focus.
In today’s workplace, clarity isn’t a soft skill. It’s how ideas survive, travel, and earn trust.
What we explore together
This workshop isn’t about performance or polish. It’s about understanding how your thinking moves - in conversations, in rooms, and in moments that matter.
The Tension of Leadership
The Question
Why does clarity often disappear once a decision leaves your head?
What we explore
The space between intent and impact. How teams drift, not because they resist, but because the thinking behind decisions remains invisible.
We explore how to make reasoning seen - not by repeating instructions, but by revealing the story beneath them.
The Tension of Expertise
The Question
Why does explaining more sometimes create more distance?
What we explore
How depth can unintentionally alienate the very people you want to bring closer.
We explore the discipline of translation - turning complex ideas into insights others can hold, without diluting their truth or oversimplifying the work.
The Tension of Presuasion
The Question
Why does solid data fail to move decisions?
What we explore
Why logic alone rarely creates buy-in.
We explore how people make meaning, and how stories help data travel - from numbers on a slide to understanding in a room.
How the work unfolds
This is not a lecture or a performance space. It is a guided studio where thinking is examined, slowed down, and shaped through conversation, using real material from your work.
01.
We begin with your work
No hypotheticals. No scripts.
You bring the real situations you are navigating. A decision that needs alignment, a narrative that feels unclear, or a conversation that hasn’t landed.
We start exactly where you already are.
02.
We slow the thinking down
Together, we examine how your ideas currently travel.
Through guided prompts and story frameworks, we make the invisible visible. We look at what gets lost, what gets distorted, and what is asking to be clarified.
03.
We reshape how meaning moves
You don’t leave with scripts or templates.
You leave with a felt sense of how to frame, sequence, and hold your thinking, so clarity stays in the room, not just in your head.
What changes in your day-to-day
The goal of this work is for it to carry into your everyday professional life. It shows up in the real moments where clarity matters most.
01.
In the room
You stop presenting and start framing. You notice that when you speak, people grasp the point faster. The conversation stays focused on the insight rather than drifting into explanations or defense of the data.
02.
In your material
Your slides, notes, and emails become easier to follow. The thinking behind them is visible. Even when you are not in the room to explain your reasoning, the intent carries through.
03.
In moments of choice
Decisions feel less heavy. Alignment takes less effort. When the “why” is clear, people move from hesitation to trust without being pushed
Joining the February Cohort
The Experience
A 12-hour journey in four movements
The program unfolds across four live virtual sessions, each three hours long. We move from understanding how stories work, to practicing how thinking travels through conversations, material, and decisions.
Practice-led sessions
This is not a lecture format. Sessions include guided discussions, short frameworks, and hands-on exercises. You will work with real situations from your own professional context, not hypothetical examples.
Personalised feedback
Between sessions, you will share short pieces of work and receive direct feedback. The focus is not polish, but clarity. What is landing. What is getting lost. What can be made visible.

Tanya Mathur Bhattacharya
Story strategist and facilitator for leaders and teams
Tanya has spent over a decade helping leaders, teams, and organizations make their thinking visible. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, narrative, and real-world decision-making.
She has worked with professionals across consulting, technology, public policy, and social impact - often with people who are deeply knowledgeable, but struggle to carry their clarity into rooms where decisions are made.
This workshop is shaped by that experience. It is not about performance or polish. It is about learning how to hold your thinking steady, translate it with integrity, and let it travel without distortion.
