With over two decades of experience across corporate and social sectors, she has worked in leadership alignment, culture transformation, and personal development, designing interventions for leaders and top leardership teams. At the heart of her work helping navigate turbulence and build alignment have been stories that built bridges, connected people to themselves, to others, and to larger possibilities. She coaches leaders and teams in strengthening their storytelling muscle so they can leverage their stories of impact, with impact. Her coaching infuses authentically, clarity and warmth, and is rooted in realistically exploring organisational, individual and social narratives. She draws inspiration from her three teenagers who keep her curious and open to everyday stories. Also writer at heart, she is currently working on a magical realism novel for young readers and a collection of short, sharply observed emotionally resonant stories for adults.
